In the field of gearbox shifting performance, the quality of the synchronizer assembly, as a key executing component, directly affects the shifting experience and transmission efficiency. SINOASCEND has recently achieved significant breakthroughs in the field of testing the core components of synchronizers - synchronization rings and sliding sleeves, establishing an industry-leading friction pair special testing system.

We have innovatively established a multidimensional detection scheme for the core friction element of the synchronous ring. By using a dedicated taper measuring instrument, we precisely control the angle tolerance of the synchronous ring taper within ± 0.05 °, ensuring optimal friction contact area. At the same time, we use a material composition analyzer to strictly monitor the copper, manganese, and iron element ratios of copper alloy materials, ensuring that the materials have stable friction coefficients and wear resistance. At the micro level, we use an ultra high precision profilometer to conduct 100% inspection of the depth and shape of the synchronous ring oil groove, ensuring that its oil discharge and storage performance meets the design requirements.


In terms of sliding sleeve detection, we focus on controlling the accuracy of the tooth part. Using the latest generation of optical measuring instruments, we perform micrometer level scanning on the inverted cone angle and tooth end arc of the inner teeth of the sliding sleeve, ensuring that their fit with the coupling sleeve is both flexible and does not disengage. In addition, we use specialized gauges to accurately measure the axial displacement of the sliding sleeve, ensuring its working stability in the assembly.
